Cant start Nexus 9K

Cant start Nexus 9K
Hi Guys
I am having issues running a 9K image.
I'm using
nxosv-final.7.0.3.I5.2.qcow2 - 8GB of RAM and 2 CPU.
VMware player
I get it starting for a few seconds and the icon going grey again.
getting in the log -

Sure , if you just mean in terms of machine I'm using .

Did you follow the instuctions and enable everything properly for the nester virtualization?

I am having the same issues. Had to rebuild my EVE install on ESXi. No issues before but now ... same exact errors in my logs. Did you guys find out what the issue was?
