Eve-NG on KVM

Post by horseinthesky » Tue Jun 23, 2020 10:41 am

I am trying to run EVE-NG on KVM (Ubuntu 20.04).

Installation starts great but after setting up the region, locale and getting IP via DHCP it stops on window
[!!] Partition disks

No root file system is defined.
Please correct this from the partitioning menu.

Since EVE-NG does its partitioning by itself I'm surprised to see this.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

Is there a way to fix it manually under my own responsibility? It doesn't look I do something completely unimaginable, should work

Hello Team,

I build Eve-NG on Ubuntu 16.04 based on KVM. i added OS, then i created some node.
some nodes start successful (OS dynamics, ex: C7200...). but all the rest on qemu folder are not. (does not light up blue)
hope to help.

How did you solve the partitioning issue?
