ISE Dot1x lab : RDP username/password is not working

ISE Dot1x lab : RDP username/password is not working

I am using eve-ng pro and tried exploring the ISE Dot1x lab from eve-ng lab library. somehow i am unable to login into windows server 2019 which is preinstalled. i have not changed the settings under server. please attached screenshot below. am i missing any settings?
