I am noticing that sometimes when I go to a device, it will open a console within the tab but every so often, it will open in a new tab. Is there a control/setting that determines if it opens within the same tab or opens a new browser.
I use Firefox primarily as the my main browser.
How does the built-in console decided to use a seperate tab?

keep your browser refresh, then it does not open console in the next window
