Problem in creating Users in EVE-ng 3-60

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Problem in creating Users in EVE-ng 3-60

Dear EVE-ng developers,

I have faced a problem while creating users, I can see only administrator Role is available and Editor or Users roles are missing. I face this issue since 3-53 version. Please make sure of this issue and provide a solution for this. I will be more thankful to you.

It is by design

Community edition doesn't support user/editor roles.

In future... when ( nobody knows ) , in Learning Center edition and in Enterprise Edition....
