csr1000v booting issues

Post by evo87 » Thu Oct 11, 2018 6:16 am

Hello,

Im having issues where my csr1000v image is not booting up.

the HowTo guide only shows the IOS version of the csr1000v images, however you can only download .qcow2 from Cisco's website.

All I have done so far which I'm not sure if its correct is rename the csr1000v-universalk9.16.6.1.qcow2 to virtioa.qcow2 (path /opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/csr1000v-universalk9.16.6.1). I had this working using this method previously with version csr1000v-universalk9.16.3.1.qcow2 but now that's not working since removing it and re-adding it.

When CSR boots and I press the enter key I get the following prompt.
grub>
