hda.qcow2

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

after adding the windows 7 image in qcow2 format and press on start i can see in the right of the screen " Node(s) started, please wait." and no errors messages appear but the machine didn't work .. it still in stopped state !!

dont use bigger font sizes and bold in forum. we sam your posts.
Answer to your question, you have wrong Windows image.
windows must be installed natively on EVE.
VMDK converted to qcow2 will not work, or will have huge problems

win host can be installed in EVE qcow image only and then prepared for use only!!
convert from vmd is ok only for win XP
