Hey. I just download PA-VM-KVM-8.0.0.qcow2 and it is working fine. You don't have to change ova to qcow2 all you have to do is change the PA-VM-KVM-8.0.0.qcow2 to virtioa.qcow2 and set permissions and you all set.
