unable to telnet Cisco ISE but can telnet router

Dear Team ,

I am unable to access Cisco ISE in eve-ng . when i ever i double click on ISE . a putty blank screen appeared . Any help would be much appreciated

ISE is very very heavy node my friend
And needs to be prepared as well

yes i know brother . So that i given heavy resources to my VM and ISE as well . I just want to confirm that if i take a already converted file from some where , dose it work for me or we have to convert it in same vm where we are going to use it
