worked with HP support 10 days, they told me VM ware issue. also telling Windows issue.
pls tell me who need to disable Virtualization based security. Laptop vendor ? VM ware ? Or Windows ?

I had to disable the Windows feature "Microsoft Defender Application Guard".
Afterwards all worked well

installed VM player 17.5.1 - i see router iol worked but not linux,( not even turn blue) still checking

Downgraded from win 11 to win 10. EVE started working. .
