I cannot renew pro license

could you tell me reason why i cannot renew?
This is eve-ng version issue?
My eve-ng version: EVE Version 4.0.1-86

I don't know what it says on the screenshot if you can make it in English then I can answer. Also, Eve version 4.x is way to old and you have to install the latest version 6.x Pro.

no it's not possible to upgrade from version 4.x to version 6.x, you've missed the window when you could've done that.
Only a fresh installation of new Eve Pro at this point.
