HP VSR1000 problems in EVE-NG

Post by milowbrac » Sat Oct 02, 2021 7:40 am

I'm running into issues with VSR1000 in EVE-NG where some functions are outright broken. The one in particular is binding ports to things like LAG (link-aggregation groups) or to a vlan-interface.

In various instances it'll just say that the port command does not exist (even though it auto-completes to it) or it'll say that it's missing parameters when it's not or it will not run the command correctly while you did type it correctly in the correct context. As it does with assigning a LAG to an interface using "port link-aggregation group 1" to which it says that the LAG doesn't exist but it definitely does as it displays correctly.

Anyone know a fix or workaround?

Or maybe a better version of the Comware VM? I'm having a hard time finding a better version. I think I'm using the latest version from HP but it seems quite old so maybe they renamed it? (Version 7.1.064, ESS 0519L03) 192.168.0.1 router login 192.168.1.1
