Can not install 19.3R3-S4 VFP successfully

Hi guys,
I tried to install vmx 19.3R3-S4 follow the instruction:
https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/docume ... 16-x-17-x/
But I can not see 19.3R3-S4 VFP on the list. I can see 19.3R3-S4 VCP.
Is there any difference when installing vmx 19.3R3-S4.
Please help me.
